An order can be canceled as long as it hasn't shipped. If it has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will have to go through the process of returning the item.
REFUNDS: Refunds are on a case by case basis. If a refund is being given for a defective/damaged product, a full refund will be processed. If a refund is being given due to customer request, refund will be given, minus the shipping cost.
If your items(s) were damaged during the shipping process, please file a claim with USPS for a refund.
